===== Glycopeptide Mass Spectral Libraries ===== Libraries constructed from the analyses of intact glycopeptides derived from human IgG1 mAb drugs, human milk, SARS-CoV-2 spike, hemagglutinin and neuraminidase glycoproteins have been made available for download. For experimental details, please see publication associated with each library. Note, human milk, SARS-CoV-2 spike, hemagglutinin and neuraminidase glycopeptide libraries include glycopeptide abundance distribution spectra (GADS). These libraries capture the distribution of glycoforms observed for a given glycosylation site and may be viewed and searched using NIST MS Search.
