==== MS Library of Free Oligosaccharides in Milk from a Variety of Mammals  ====


The library contains


    * 2618 positive and negative ion spectra of 219 oligosaccharides derived from
      * Human milk Standard Reference Material (SRM) 1954
      * Bovine milk SRM 1549a and SRM 1849a
      * Other mammalian milk such as Asian buffalo, African lion and Saanen goat
    * Fragment ions of MS<sup>2</sup> spectra that are comprehensively annotated
    * Fragmentation techniques: HCD and IT-FT/ion trap with FTMS


The development of MS library of annotated oligosaccharides from human milk reference material is discussed.

You will need **NIST MS Search software v.2.3**  to search the oligosaccharides library. The software can be download from here: {{:chemdata:nist17:nist17demo.zip|Download installation program}}. Download archive and unzip installation file. Run NIST17Demo.exe to install the search program.
