The NISTmAb Mass Spectral Library of Human IgG1κ mAb Drugs

A mass spectral library composed of all identifiable spectra derived from the tryptic digest of the NISTmAb IgG1κ were created from over six million peptide-spectrum matches acquired by high-resolution, accurate-mass 1D/2D LC-MS/MS analyses. The library contains a selection of 12,600 high quality HCD spectra of 3,300 peptide ions.

Notes

  1. NIST MS Search program with previous (2018) version of the library still available for download (65MB). Download archive and unzip installation file. Run executable for installation of the program and the library. Newer version of the library can be copied over the old one.
  2. Little bit more information about the program is in the **Readme.pdf** file.
