 +The NIST 17 Glycan MS/MS Library contains 16,421 positive and negative ion spectra of 209 glycans (extracted from the NIST 17 Tandem Library). Spectra can be viewed using the MS Search software, downloaded separately.

 +    - If NIST MS Search is running on the computer, close it. Copy ZIP files to a preferred directory.
 +    - Extract the downloaded ZIP files from Windows Explorer. 
 +    - Move the Glycan MS/MS library folder into the Library folder of MS Search.

 +    - Once inside MS Search, click on Options, then Library Search Options.  Go to the Libraries tab, highlight "nist_msms_glycans" in Available Libs and then click >>Add>>. This will select the glycan library for Spectrum search.  Add the library to Structure search by selecting "Structure search" at the bottom, highlighting "nist_msms_glycans" in Available Libs and then clicking >>Add>>
