Human Ion Trap Library

This library was assembled from data contributed by many laboratories. Each library entry contains annotation specifying its origin. Additionally, a summary table of the many contributors to this library, including references, can be downloaded here (Excel file).

The libraries in the msp and NIST binary formats were updated on July 25, 2018. Previous versions of these files are available on request.

2014_05_29_human_consensus_final_true_lib.tar.gz - Consensus library in plain ASCII text (msp format). This format can be used as an exchange format. It is also directly readable by some software applications, like Skyline, after unzipping. 694MB Download
2014_05_29_human_nist.tar.gz - Consensus library in NIST binary format. The folder generated by extracting this package can be used directly by MS Search or MSPepSearch and by the MSPepSearch node within Proteome Discoverer. 1.3GB Download
2014_05_29_human_spectrast.tar.gz - Consensus library in SpectraST format. These library files can be directly searched by SpectraST after the package is extracted. 1.6GB Download
human_fasta.tar.gz - FASTA file used to create the library. 15MB Download
