The mouse HCD iTRAQ-4 library was created entirely from raw data stored on the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) data portalhttps://cptac-data-portal.georgetown.edu/cptacPublic/. Contributing laboratories were the Broad Institute, Johns Hopkins University and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
The libraries in the msp and NIST binary formats were updated on July 25, 2018. Previous versions of these files are available on request.
