This free data and software product is for searching and browsing Glycopeptide Abundance Distribution Spectra (GADS) as well as tandem tryptic glycopeptide mass spectra and glycan fragment ion distributions. All are derived from multiple digestions of 39 purified human plasma glycoproteins.

Additional information:
The program “nistms-gads.exe” and these documents are included within the Libraries archive file.
Installation notes: First, download the libraries archive to your computer. Then unzip the content in the separate folder. If you have NIST MS Search program installed, do not unzip it in the NIST MS Search folder! You may use the program “nistms-gads.exe” to access and search the libraries. It will only run if the NISTMS.exe program is not running. The program does not require installation, but you can create a shortcut to it for easy launching of the program.
