NIST 17 Glycan MS/MS Library contents:

  • 16,421 positive and negative ion spectra of 209 glycans(extracted from the NIST 17 Tandem Library)
  • MS Search v. 2.2 software

Release Date: June 2017

After downloading: Unzip the file and launch nistms.exe. Once inside MS Search, click on the Names tab at the bottom. From there you can browse through the glycan spectra.

Installation

At this point, if NIST MS Search is running on the computer, close it. Extract the downloaded ZIP file in Windows Explorer. Run nistms.exe.
