Human HCD Library

The human HCD library was created entirely from raw data stored on the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) data portal This library was compiled from data contributed by the University of North Carolina from the analysis of human tumor-mouse xenograft tissues.
