MS Library of Oligosaccharides in NIST Human Milk SRM 1953

The library contains

  • 470 positive and negative ion spectra of 74 oligosaccharides derived from human milk NIST Standard Reference Material 1953.
  • It includes lactose, 45 neutral oligosaccharides and 29 sialylated oligosaccharides.
  • All fragment ions of MS2 spectra are comprehensively annotated.
  • Fragmentation techniques: HCD and FT-IT

The development of MS library of annotated oligosaccharides from human milk reference material is discussed.

File Size Link to download
1 MS_Library_of_Oligosaccharides_in_human_milk_SRM_1953.zip - Archive file with the Library in NIST MS Search format. Unzip whole folder where the NIST MS Search program installed. If you do not have NIST MS Search Program see Notes below. ~1.44MB Download
2 Readme.pdf - Short instruction for installation and use ~306KB Download
3 md5_checklist.chk - MD5 hash file. 1KB Download

NOTES

You will need NIST MS Search software v.2.3 to search the oligosaccharides library. The software can be download from here: NIST_IgG_Glycopeptide.zip. Download archive and unzip installation file. Run NISTmAb_Mass_Spectral_Library.exe to install the search program.
