Updates to NIST MS Search v.2.2 or v2.0g are available through distributors. Updates to v.2.0f can be downloaded from this site.
These are software updates. The NIST/EPA/NIH Mass Spectral Library is NOT included in any of these downloads. A copy of the NIST/EPA/NIH Mass Spectral Library (NIST 14) is only available from distributors.
A demo version of the NIST MS Search Software version 2.0f and AMDIS (Automated Mass Spectral Deconvolution and Identification System) with a sample MS Databases is available. AMDIS can also be downloaded separately.
The NIST MS Search User Guide is available as a PDF files for version 14, version 11 and version 08.
