GADS libraries for all 11 commercial sources of spike protein are available for download. In addition, tandem mass spectra of sulfated glycopeptides have been made available.

The program “nistms-gads.exe” and these documents are also included within Libraries archive file.

Installation notes: First, download the libraries archive to your computer. Then unzip the content in the separate folder. If you have NIST MS Search program installed, do not unzip it in the NIST MS Search folder! You may use the program “nistms-gads.exe” to access and search the libraries. The program does not require installation, but you can create a shortcut to it for easy launching of the program.
