The human HCD library was created entirely from raw data stored on the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) data portal https://cptac-data-portal.georgetown.edu/cptacPublic/. This library was compiled from data contributed by the University of North Carolina from the analysis of human tumor-mouse xenograft tissues.
