Human HCD iTRAQ Phospho Library

The human HCD iTRAQ Phospho library was created entirely from raw data stored on the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) data portal Contributing laboratories were the Broad Institute and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

The libraries in the msp and NIST binary formats were updated on July 25, 2018. Previous versions of these files are available on request.

cptac2_human_hcd_itraq_phospho_selected.tar.gz - Consensus library in NIST binary format. The folder generated by extracting this package can be used directly by MS Search or MSPepSearch and by the MSPepSearch node within Proteome Discoverer. 1.8GB Download
